3 Year Standard Warranty

Warranty Information for North America

This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Synaccess will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Warranty period for your product starts on the original date of purchase as shown on your sales receipt or invoice or as may be otherwise specified by Synaccess.

Synaccess will either repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the unit.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
