Synaccess Cloud End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: June 1, 2022
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Synaccess LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Company") for the use of the Synaccess Cloud application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
1. License Grant:
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, the Company grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application on multiple devices.
2. User Obligations:
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
- You shall not distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the Application without prior written permission from the Company.
- You shall not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Support and Updates:
The Company may provide support and updates for the Application on an ongoing basis at its discretion.
4. Payment Terms:
The use of the Application is subject to payment on a per-device basis as specified in the pricing terms provided separately.
5. Copyright and Ownership:
The Application is owned by Synaccess LLC, and you acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Application.
6. Limitation of Liability:
The Company shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or losses incurred by users while using the Application.
7. Termination:
The Company reserves the right to terminate this EULA and your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause.
8. Governing Law:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction].
