Synaccess Networks Inc. Forms New Affiliate Company, Synaccess LLC For New Enterprise Rack PDU Product Line

New Affiliate Company and leadership provide product market clarity, enables future growth of feature-rich, easy-to-use, and cost-effective enterprise rack PDUs.

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona - Oct. 23, 2020 - Synaccess Networks Inc. ("Synaccess Networks"), an industry leader in remote power management,  announced today the formation of its new affiliate company Synaccess LLC (the "Affiliate Company" or "Synaccess") for the express purpose of designing and manufacturing enterprise-ready smart rack power distribution units (PDUs).

"In 2003, the netBooter™ PDU was born from the need to remotely power cycle equipment to prevent countless trips to the engineering lab.", said Shawn Han, President & Founder of Synaccess Networks. "Today, after almost two decades, the product continues to help thousands of customers and is installed in hundreds of thousands of remote locations."

The new affiliate company," says Kevin Han, CEO of Synaccess, "represents the natural progression of the Synaccess Networks Inc. business into the enterprise rack PDU marketplace."

Synaccess leadership will include Kevin Han as CEO, Allen Chu as CTO, and Mark Molina as COO.

With almost every nation in the world having imposed mandatory stay-at-home orders, remote management of Data Centers and IT equipment has become essential. "We took the best practices and lessons learned from thousands of remote PDU installations and built the all new and cost-effective smart rack PDU product lines designed for the Data Center," said Chu.
