For customers seeking the latest in remote power control solutions, we recommend exploring the netBooter DX Series or SynLink SP Series PDUs, especially if you are looking for SSH functionality or compatibility with Synaccess Central Management Portal.

How to Identify a netBooter DU Series PDU

‍

To confirm if you have a netBooter DU Series model, check the product label on your PDU. Look for the Model field.

‍

netBooter DU Series models:

• Always start with NP
• Always start with a “DU” in the second part of the model following the numbers (e.g. NP-0201DU, NP-0801DUG2)
• Note that “DX”, “DT”, “DS”, and other variants are NOT a part of the DU series

To determine the correct hardware revision for your PDU, look for the HW value on the product sticker. If the product sticker does not contain a HW value (PDUs manufactured in 2023 and before), then refer to the firmware update instructions.
